9bis. International data transfers
Some of your data may be transferred outside the European Union as part of the website's operation:
- Google Analytics 4 (United States): anonymised audience measurement data. Safeguards: EU-US Data Privacy Framework + Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) signed with Google.
- Tally (European Union): contact form hosted in the EU. No transfers outside the EU.
- Hostinger / Coolify (European Union): hosting infrastructure in a European datacentre. No transfers outside the EU for site content and logs.
- To Kayden Digital (Morocco): requests submitted via the contact form are accessible to the Kayden Digital team in Morocco. Morocco does not benefit from an EU adequacy decision; we commit to applying organisational measures equivalent to the GDPR standard for the security and confidentiality of this data.
